THANK YOU FOR EXPLORING SOME OF THE WAYS ELEMENTS YOGA & WELLNESS MAY IGNITE YOUR EXPERIENCE OF LIVING WELL. I am studio owner and educator Nadine (Luvison) Westover and I invite you to visit my studio, a sanctuary to retreat and remember how it feels to breathe, move and become present.  Believing in the power of relationships, I offer only small group instruction.  I hope to share methods that can be sustainable for a lifetime, and offer all classes at mixed levels so that students of any level of experience and body type feels encouraged to attend any class.  I believe that by providing a supportive environment that offers the use of props and modifications, students are assisted to practice as individuals coming together in a shared space and honoring each other on their own personal paths toward wellness.   An experienced and enthusiastic educator, I guide students toward personal healing and self acceptance through the teachings of yoga.  I believe yoga is an entry point that becomes a lifelong journey toward self-discovery, not a destination.  Yoga is about how we each live in the everyday moments of life and find connection and light, from both the challenges and joys that fill our days.     Breathe, Move and BE!   ∞ Nadine
