Wednesday Evening  -  6:00 PM -  Essential Evening Yoga  (Levels 1-2)

Thursday Morning - 9 - 10:15 AM - awaken and align

Saturday mornings - 9-11 am - monthly events as scheduled - $20

The essentials of practicing Yoga Postures (Asanas) in a safe and healthy manner will be the basis of this class, with segments that introduce students to Yogic Breathing (Pranayama), Philosophy and Meditation.

Energy Balancing Flow & Meditation

Journey through the chakras with a flow yoga class and meditation to balance your energetic body.  

This will be a flow yoga & meditation class with breath-work, postures, mantra meditation and optional essential oils offered to bring balance to each of the 7 chakras.  

Students will leave awakened to their own energetic body with a sensation of being restored and revitalized.  

Base Class: $10 - Punch Cards Welcomed
Add On:
Essential Oils for $5 which covers the cost of an oil for each chakra during class) & a sample of 1 Oil to take home with a mantra and practice that assist in that center.

Free Beginner's Class

This class will help beginners, or seasoned yogis, understand the basics principals of yoga.  During the session we will review fundamental concepts so that you will feel more comfortable walking into any yoga class with a general understanding of not only yoga is (and isn't).   Participants can expect a walk through of the equipment found in many studios, time exploring strategies for how to sit comfortably, an explanation about the basics of how breath is applied to yoga practices, and few common poses that are a part of almost all classes.  Participants will leave with a few handouts, including a description of various styles of yoga and feeling empowered with the confidence to to begin practicing either at home with a video or to join a local class!

Advanced Registration is Required... space is limited.
