Balance Effort and Ease. This class is intended for all levels; beginner's and beyond! Students will be guided in the foundational teachings of yoga and may gain an increased sense of health and wellbeing from this Essential Yoga class.
WEDNESDAY EVENING 6 PM
The essentials of practicing Yoga Postures (Asanas) in a safe and healthy manner will be the basis of this class, with segments that introduce students to Yogic Breathing (Pranayama), Philosophy and Meditation.
