monday afternoon - 4:30 - short & sweet (45 minutes, all ages, active pace)

Monday Evening  - 6:00 PM   -  Unwind & align (All Levels RESTORATIVE)

Tuesday Morning - 9 - 10:15 AM - awaken and align

Wednesday afternoon - 4:30 - short & sweet (45 minutes, all ages, active pace)

Wednesday Evening  -  6:00 PM -  Essential Evening Yoga  (Levels 1-2)

Thursday Morning - 9 - 10:15 AM - awaken and align

Saturday mornings - 9-11 am - monthly events as scheduled - $20

Private Sessions - Available By Appointment

Awaken to the day and discover how an alignment based yoga class can transform how your experience your body, breath and the world around you. Awaken & Align two mornings a week at a discounted rate.

For Private Sessions, Yoga Classes and Events, purchases are not fully refundable. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment

Any cancellations made less than 48 hours of an appointment will be non-refundable.   

Cancellations made less than 5 days of an appointment will be subject to a 50% refund.

Cancellations over 5 days will receive a 80% refund, this is the payment less an inconvenience / planning fee.
