Tuesday Morning - 9 - 10:15 AM - awaken and align

Wednesday afternoon - 4:30 - short & sweet (45 minutes, all ages, active pace)

Wednesday Evening  -  6:00 PM -  Essential Evening Yoga  (Levels 1-2)

Thursday Morning - 9 - 10:15 AM - awaken and align

Saturday mornings - 9-11 am - monthly events as scheduled - $20

Private Sessions - Available By Appointment

Theme:  Hatha Yoga & Meditation

Description:  Explore how yogic postures and breathing support stilling the mind.   This class will include basic yoga postures and breathing practices that are appropriate for all students including most beginners.   This class would appeal anyone interested in beginning a habit of meditation and learning how to use movement and breath as a means to prepare the body and mind for a time of meditation.  Guided meditations as well as time for silence will be included.
