In this course we take refuge in our breath. Pranayama is breath control or regulation of the breath. When practiced regularly, intentional breath practices balance the nervous system, and may help to increase lung capacity, and enhance clarity and emotional stability. Breath is Life!
This class will close with a meditation and savasana or deep yogic rest.

Any cancellations made less than 48 hours of an appointment will be non-refundable.
Cancellations made less than 5 days of an appointment will be subject to a 50% refund.
Cancellations over 5 days will receive a 80% refund, this is the payment less an inconvenience / planning fee.
