This class will explore the yoga practice of Pranayama. We will do a series of inquiries into our own breathing patterns and then begin to explore a breathing vinyasa or series of yogic breath practices as a pathway toward meditation. This class will close with a meditation and savasana or deep yogic rest.
Part 1 of a 2018-2019 Breathing Series (May be repeated in January for reinforcement and exploration of the experience of breathing).
