Balance Effort and Ease. This class is intended for all levels; beginner's and beyond! Students will be guided in the foundational teachings of yoga and may gain an increased sense of health and wellbeing from this Essential Yoga class. The essentials of practicing Yoga Postures (Asanas) in a safe and healthy manner will be the basis of this class, with segments that introduce students to Yogic Breathing (Pranayama), Philosophy and Meditation.
