For beginner's and beyond, the fall session of this course will be extremely beginner friendly. This class is great for anyone starting yoga or healing and in need of a gentler class. Students will be guided in the foundational teachings of yoga and may gain an increased sense of health and wellbeing from this Essential Yoga class. The essentials of practicing Yoga Postures (Asanas) in a safe and healthy manner will be the basis of this class, with segments that introduce students to Yogic Breathing (Pranayama), Philosophy and Meditation.
Day/Time: Wednesday Evenings 5:15 - 6:30 PM
NOTE: There is NO CLASS on Halloween (Oct. 31). This session has been extended until November 14th to compensate.
Levels: Beginners and Beyond. Mixed Levels. All levels of experience and health status will be supported.
Intensity: Mild to Moderate. Calming with Gentle Segments that may include Restorative Poses.
Location: Elements Studio, 806 Logan Rd, Warren PA (Suggestion: Currently the top of Logan Road is under construction and closed, please use Jackson Run to access the studio. Our driveway will be the 2nd on the left and you go up Logan Road with a studio sign marking it.)
