Balance Effort and Ease. This class is intended for all levels; beginner's and beyond! Students will be guided in the foundational teachings of yoga and may gain an increased sense of health and wellbeing from this Essential Yoga class. The essentials of practicing Yoga Postures (Asanas) in a safe and healthy manner will be the basis of this class, with segments that introduce students to Yogic Breathing (Pranayama), Philosophy and Meditation.
Day/Time: Wednesday Evenings 5:15 - 6:30 PM
Levels: Beginners and Beyond. Mixed Levels. All levels of experience and health status will be supported.
Intensity: Mild to Moderate. Calming with Gentle Segments that may include Restorative Poses.
Location: Elements Studio, 806 Logan Rd, Warren PA (Suggestion: During the winter months, please use Jackson Run. Our driveway will be the 2nd on the left and you go up Logan Road.)

Cost: $10 Drop Ins. Or Pre-Pay for a Punch Card for Flexible Attendance between classes - The Punch Card is Valid 90 days and may be used for any class.
