Location

The Studio is attached to my residence at 806 Logan Road in Warren PA.

There is parking in a small lot at the bottom of the driveway as well as top.  

You will access the studio entrance as well as the labyrinth by taking the walkway around the left of the property.  The green door is the entry is the entry to the studio. The pathway to the labyrinth begins at the edge of the forest, next to a tree swing… there is a clear pathway with a welcome sign at the beginning.

Essential Morning Yoga (Fall Session)

For beginner's and beyond, the fall session of this course will be extremely beginner friendly.  This class is great for anyone just starting yoga or in a healing phase of life, appreciating a slow, gentler class with restorative segments.  Students will be guided in the foundational teachings of yoga and may gain an increased sense of health and wellbeing from this Essential Yoga class.  The essentials of practicing Yoga Postures (Asanas) in a safe and healthy manner will be the basis of this class, with segments that introduce students to Yogic Breathing (Pranayama), Philosophy and Meditation. 

Day/Time:  Wednesday Evenings  5:15 - 6:30 PM  

Levels:  Beginners and Beyond.  Mixed Levels.  All levels of experience and health status will be supported.

Intensity:  Mild to Moderate.  Calming with Gentle Segments that may include Restorative Poses.

Location:  Elements Studio, 806 Logan Rd, Warren PA  (Suggestion: Currently the top of Logan Road is under construction and closed, please use Jackson Run to access the studio.  Our driveway will be the 2nd on the left and you go up Logan Road with a studio sign marking it.)

Enter:  Follow studio signs to enter to the front left side of the property.  

Cost:  $10 Drop Ins.   Or Pre-Pay for a Punch Card that provides you flexible attendance options between any class held during the CURRENT session only, or session indicated when the payment is made.
