Yoga is a philosophy containing a system of physical postures, breathing techniques, mindfulness and meditation derived from India to promote oneness, or integration, of body, breath, mind and spirit.  Regular yoga including lifestyle, meditation, postures and breathing practices; may lead to an experience greater well-being, deep inner peace, and freedom from sufferings.  In my life, I feel that a commitment to a practice of yoga has brought me clarity, balance and stability!  

Expect:  Small, Intimate Environment of no more than 5-10 students.

Levels:   All Classes are mixed levels.  The instructor has the experience to modify each class for most individuals within the group to meet their experience and needs.  If a greater amount of personalization is necessary, a private session would be most beneficial.    

Intensity:     Mondays and Tuesdays are Invigorating      Wednesdays and Thursdays are more relaxing and renewing.

How I teach:  All sessions are guided by an intention of personalized wellness through meeting clients where they are currently at physically, mentally and emotionally.   Each student is treated as an individual and therefor most classes are open to students of all levels and experience, with the understanding that throughout the span of life our personal health, sense of wellbeing and physical level of abilities often fluctuates.  An experienced registered yoga instructor, Nadine has practiced yoga for 25 years and taught for over 15 years,  developing in that time the skill and compassion to provide each student in a group setting  with a supportive and unique experience that meets the varied needs, experience levels and abilities within the class.   Yoga and Meditation students are always offered guidance in personal modifications and the use yoga props, verbal cues, intuition and breathing so that each session becomes an exploration of self-awareness and an unfolding experience of peace and well-being.

Monday Afternon - 4:30 - short and Sweet

Monday Evening  - 6 PM  -  unwind and align - your weekly restorative

tuesday - 9am - align and awaken

wednesday afternoon - 4:30 - short and sweet

Wednesday Evening  -  6 PM -  Essential Evening Yoga  

Thursday Mornings  - 9 am - align and awaken

saturday morning events 9-11am $20 monthly - advanced registration required.

Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle that the practitioner can be a channel of universal energy to the recipient by means of laying of hands on or over the recipient.  Reiki may assist to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being.  





All Energy-Work consultations will be based on the energetic anatomy of the chakra system and intuition development of the student, through guided meditations, body scanning techniques and reflective inquiries with students.  Each session will be unique and personalized as the student and teacher develop a plan that meets the goals and needs of the client for achieving a greater sense of balance through clearing blocked or stagnant energy and regaining a sense of wellness.  



Elements Meditation Journeys  

Elements offers corporate groups and private students stress reduction techniques and mindfulness practices that can be customized to the individual or corporate needs of the clients.  

Below is a sample of some goals and intentions that students may expect from developing a meditation and mindfulness practice: 

  • Learn the benefits of meditation.

  • Identify a personal ‘bridge’ to meditation.

  • Identify common obstacles & find out how to lean into these obstacles and manage any barriers that arise!

  • Learn methods for how to sit comfortably.

  • Be exposed to various types of meditations as a means to exploring which method(s) are a best “fit” to the individual’s personality and needs.

  • Be assisted in setting up a personal place to meditate and developing a daily practice.

  • Have the opportunity to join circle opportunities in a guided meditation.

  • Receive daily support and Inspiration


Kids and Family Yoga

I am passionate about supporting families and educators on their journeys to more healthy, focused and peaceful children!  With education and experience in both Early Childhood Education and Yoga, I bring both knowledge and experience to every children's yoga class!  Parents and Educators are always encouraged to participate in any class and gain inspiration for extending the lessons into their homes and classrooms.  After most classes I will post a re-cap in a blog format for you to access and possibly repeat the story or practices at leisure.   Here is a Link to some of my past class posts:  Off Your Child's Mat  Please contact me to schedule events at my studio or your location for Scouts, Birthday Parties, Classrooms, or a Family Fun Night!

 Private Sessions, Yoga Classes and Events, purchases are not fully refundable. 

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment

Any cancellations made less than 48 hours of an appointment will be non-refundable.   

Cancellations made less than 5 days of an appointment will be subject to a 50% refund.

Cancellations over 5 days will receive a 80% refund, this is the payment less an inconvenience / planning fee.
